Breathe Flow is pioneer in demonstrating breathing-induced flow and pulse variation (HRV) derived from your smartwatch's ECG signal. Unlike typical breathing advisory applications, it offers real-time data on your breathing and instructs users on controlled breathing techniques utilizing the 'VAGUS® ideal breathing curve.'

This update introduces VAGUS® wallet and ownership tokens, promoting data ownership and rewards for user-generated data.

Device Compatibility for Breathe Flow Tests
<ul>
 <li>Your smartwatch must contain an ECG sensor compatible with Apple Watch Series 4 and newer (excluding SE), Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and later models, or Withings ECG watches.</li>
</ul>

Instructions for Your First Test
<ul>
 <li>Apple Watch: Launch the Breathe Flow app on your phone. Navigate to 'Choose your device' to connect with Apple Health, granting necessary access. Open the ECG recording app on your Apple Watch and follow its guidance for optimal signal quality.</li>
 <li>Withings ECG Watches: Access the Withings "Health Mate" app on your phone while keeping Breathe Flow active. Conduct recordings as per Withings' instructions.</li>
</ul>

Conducting the VAGUS® Test
<ul>
 <li>Follow the outlined process for the ECG recording: Begin with a calm inhale for 5 seconds, then exhale for 5 seconds. Repeat this cycle three times over the course of 30 seconds.</li>
 <li>For improved ECG quality, sit at a table with your hands and elbows supported. Allow your breathing and pulse to stabilize before testing. If ECG quality is inadequate, follow smartwatch instructions and retest.</li>
 <li>Swipe down on the Breathe Flow home screen to initiate download and analysis. Expect results within approximately 10 seconds; refresh as needed based on network speed.</li>
 <li>Please respond to the Q&A in English to receive a summary analysis and unlock Breathe Pulse features.</li>
 <li>A minimum of three Breathe Flow tests daily is encouraged to understand how various actions impact health and to compile high-quality data for your V-NFT.</li>

Data Ownership with VAGUS Tokens
The VAGUS® non-fungible tokens (V-NFT) are standardized, secure, and anonymized data packages comprised of ten unique days of VAGUS® tests, Q&A responses, data from your smartwatch, and outputs from VAGUS® analytics. Once you complete ten days of testing, an automated registration of a non-blockchained V-NFT will occur. Ownership and reward tokens can be accessed via the VAGUS® Wallet.
